Sprinting Tasks at Riccartoli [SPECIAL TO STAR.] CHRISTCHURCH, September 19. In spite of torrential rain overnight. the No. 6 grass track at Riccarton this morning provided favourable going. Main interest was centred in the work of horses to race at the Geraldine meeting this week, and at Wingatui next week, most being restricted to sprinting tasks.
