Dishonourable Discharge.
An American private Edward Runsa, aged 19, was sentenced to five years’ imprisonment and dishonourable discharge from the Army for a hit-and-run accident last July, when a jeep he was driving in Frankfurt injured three British 'girls. Witnesses gave evidence that he drove with the wheel chained.—Berlin, September 17.
