BUNNERONG DISPUTE
TWO-YEAR TROUBLE ENDED I (Rec. 11.40 a.m.) SYDNEY, September 18. A settlement of the Bunnerong dispute over shift work has been reached after a three-day conference between the Sydney County Council and the unions. The settlement will end a deadlock of two years’ standing which Has caused disastrous strikes causing loss of light and power for the city of Sydney. The terms .of the agreement have not been disclosed.
