British Aircraft
British commercial aircraft have an assured future in the opinion of Mr G. N. Wells, who recently visited England as a technical representative of Tasman Empire Airways. Contrary to popular belief the British aircraft industry was wide awake to the needs of-the overseas, market, and he was deeply impressed with what he saw. Mr Wells stated that British firms no longer traded on their past merits and were all out to make new traditions. • The directors and managers of British concerns inevitably asked why there was am apparent, lean towards American aircraft in 1 the Dominions. —(P.A.)
