PEACE CONFERENCE
SOVIET ATTACKS BRITAIN AND AMERICA MOSCOW, Sept. 16. The Tass Official News Agency alleged that British arid American delegations at the Peace Conference were using the Dominions and some South American republics as agents to circumvent clauses agreed to by the Big Four which Britain and American now found awkward. Numerous amendments, particularly those Australia submitted, referred to treaty clauses to which Britain , and America .had consented as concessions to Russia’s demands.
