NELSON HOTELKEEPER’S DEATH (p A ) NELSON, September 16. The body of William S. Horrocks was found in Nelson Harbour neai the wharf on. Saturday afternoon. Horrocks had been for 31 years; licensee of the Tasfnan Hotel, Port Nelson, and was president of the Nel son Licensed Victuallers’ Association. Horrocks was heard leaving his bedroom between 2 a.m. ana 3 a - m - Saturday,. and when, his bed was found to be unoccupied at 7 a.m. a search whs instituted. He was 71.
