HONOURED BY SCHOOL CHILDREN (PA) NELSON, Sept. .16. Fourteen hundred primary school children assembled in a city theatre to-day and gave Squadron Leader t H Trent. V.C., a rousing welcome. Tributes were paid by Mr. A. W. Alloo, headmaster of . the Auckland Point School, who presided and Mr. W H Mclntyre, chairman of the Nelson Education Board, who said the district was proud to claim that Souadron Leader Trent received his pSmary education at the Takaka District High School.
