(Rec. 2 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 15. A “German resistance movement” is appearing in the Russian zone, says the Daily Mail’s Berlin correspondent. The movement is not directed against the Russians, but against the Communists collaborating with the administration. The movement chose election time to flood Saxony with thousands of crudely-printed leaflets, acusing the Communists of embezzlement, corruption and even murder. About 30,000 each of 10 different leaflets appeared.
