STRIKE THREAT
PRESS TELEGRAPHIC EMPLOYEES (Recd. 10 a.m.) j n NEW YORK, August 8. The American Communications Association. the C. 1.0. announced, is contemplating a general shut down on all incoming and external press traffic in sympathy with the 300 striking press and wireless employees who are protesting against a proposed decrease in wages and the dismissal of 20 per cent of the members of their staff.
