“The Dutch Foreign Minister (Mr. van Kieffens) signed a formal agreement for the Netherlands accepting the compulsory jurisdiction of the international Court of Justice,” reports the New York Times. So far only Britain and the Netherlands have accepted the court’s compulsory jurisdiction, but the United States, with reservations on domestic issues, will formally accept within a month.— New York, July 6.
