A GENERAL RATE under the “Municipal Corporations Act, 1933,” of 2/4“ in the £ on the Rateable Value on the Valuation Roll of all rateable property in the Borough of Runanga, on the basis of the Unimproved Value. A SECURITY RATE, to provide interest and other charges on the Water Supply Loan, 1938, of 1/9:1 in the £ under Section 21 of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926,” on the Rateable Value on the Valuation Roll of all rateable property m the Borough of Runanga, on the basis of the Unimproved Value.
