FURTHER REMAND GRANTED AT GREYMOTJTTI

A further' remand for one week was made in the Magistrate s _ Court at Greymouth this morning in the case in which Francis Thomas Marson was charged that at Greymouth on July 4 he did assault Raymond Jeo - frey Dyer, so as to cause him actual bodily harm. ■ _ n Mr. M. J. Fogarty and Mr. Is. U. Henry, J.P.’s were on the Bench. Ephraim Quy, of Rapahoe, was convicted and fined £1 with 10/- cost for allowing cattle to wander, in c public place. David Shand, of Dobson, was convicted on charges of driving a motorcar for which he did not have a wm - rant of fitness, and driving a car without being in possession of a m oly driver’s licence.
