GOVERNMENT’S REPORT ON. ■ . KASHMIR ALLEGATIONS DENIED SRINAGAR (Kashmir), May 29. The Kashmir Government has denied the allegations by the Congress Party leader, Pandit Nehru, that Kashmir troops forced people to crawl and clean the pavements with their turbans 'during disturbances in the capital, Srinagar.
