NO OBSERVERS FROM

(Rec. 10.15 a.m.) LONDON. May 30. It is learned officially that the French Government has declined the Greek Government’s invitation I to send observers to the plebscite qn September 1, on the return of King George, says Reuter’s diplomatic correspondent. French opinion is that the Greek problem consistently tended toward a monarchist solution.
