AIRCRAFT INDUSTRY
ESTABLISHMENT IN INDIA
(Rec. 10.45 a.m.) NEW DELHI, May 30. The Government has decided to establish an aircraft industry with the target complete self-sufficiency •in 20 years. Production is starting at Bangalore, where the first trainer plane for the Royal Indian Air Force is expected to come off the production lines within 18 months.
