PUBLIC Notice is hereby given under the terms of Section 76 (C) of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act, 1941, that a Meeting of the Westland Catchment Board will be held on the 12th day of June, 1946, at the Greymouth Borough Council Chambers at 11 a.m., for the purpose of confirming the following resolution: — SPECIAL ORDER. That the Westland Catchment Board pursuant to the powers vested in it by Sections 84 and 95 and 101 (2) of the “Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act, 1941 and all other powers in that behalf it enabling, hereby resolved to direct the several local authorities of the constituent districts of the Board as shown in the schedule hereunder to make and levy an Administrative Rale of Three-thirty-seconds (3-32) of a penny in the £ for the period commencing on Ist day of APRIL, 1946, and ending on the 31st day of MARCH, 1947, on a uniform scale on the capital value or its equivalent on the unimproved or annual value of all property within the Beard’s district which is within the meaning of the “Rating Act, 1925” and which is liable to be po rated.
