AUSTRIA CLAIMS SOUTH TYROL
LONDON, April 22.
The Chancellor of Austria (Dr. Renner) to-day demanded the return to Austria of the South Tyrol, which was ceded to Italy after the Great War. The Italian minority there would be given full economic freedom and representation on the administration. .
