BENGAL POLICE
(Rec. 2.15 p.m.) BOMBAY, Ap. 22. About 50 policemen went on strike at Munschiganj (Bengal), demanding a monthly basic pay equivalent to about £6. Policemen at Dacca ended their one-day strike on being assured that a similar demand would be placed before the Governor of Bengal.
