Immediate May Not Start in Doiicjister SYDNEY, April 19. The New Zealand-bred horse, Immediate, which has been backed for a fortune to win the Doncaster Handicap to-morrow may not start. After a training gallop at Moorfield it was discovered that a ngil had run into his foot, which was inflamed. Veterinary surgeons still hope that the horse will be fit to run. Until the mishap Immediate, described as “the crack mudrunner from New Zealand,” and Murray Stream, the best of Sydney’s wet weather horses, were well regarded as after a week of rain the track to-morow is bound to be on the heaVy-Side.
