PRESS CABLEGRAMS FROM TEHERAN
(Rec. 9 a.m.) TEHERAN, April 18. The Persian Government denied that it is censoring British and American correspondents’ cablegrams from Teheran,' but admitted invoking an article in the 1932 Madrid In--ternational Communications Convention to stop a despatch from one British correspondent.
