Gold Mines Ltd.—Following are the dredge returns for the. first half of. April: Kanieri ran for 246 hours and treated 126,000 cubic.yards for a return of 644 ounces. Arahura ran for 256 hours and treated 134,000 cubic yards for a return of 610 ounces. COMPANY NEWS Tui Brewery.—Directors of Tui Brewery, Ltd., have declared, an interim dividend of 21 per cent. Northern Roller.—Net profit of £15,583, an increase of £522, is shown in the accounts of the Northern Roller Milling Company, Ltd., for the year ended February 28. A preference dividend of 5 1-5 per cent., and an ordinary dividend of 4 pel* cent, (both unchanged) require £12,412, and an unchanged amount of £2250, as recommended for transfer to the dividend equalisation account. This leaves £920 to be transferred to the undivided profits, increasing the balance to £42,920.
