BRITISH NEGOTIATIONS NEW YORK, April 17

The British Government has begun negotiations with the- Government of Argentina for agreements or for treaties which will involve commercial air travel, and trade, and English investments amounting to hundreds of millions of dollars in Argentina. This is. stated by a New York Times correspondent at Buenos Aires. The correspondent stated that Lord Templewood, in a speech at the British Chamber of Commerce, at Buenos Aires, said: “England and Argentina need the products of each other. Eng-, land will deal with all Argentine orders satisfactorily.
