HAWERA MUNICIPAL WINS . B GRADE NELSON GARRISON SECOND (P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, Mar. 20. The final test piece for the B grade championship at the New Zealand Victory band contest, was. played this evening in the Civic Theatre before a packed house.
