The famous Irish sportsman, Mr. James Cecil Parke, has died at the age of 65. He played Rugby football for Ireland 20 times, including once against New Zealand in 1906. He represented the British Isles in Davis Cup tennis matches in 1908, 1912, and 1913. He won both the singles and doubles tennis championships of Australasia in 1913. He was also an international golfer.
