TROOPS IN LEVANT
BRITAIN AND FRANCE OPEN NEGOTIATIONS
(Recd. .10.45 a.m.) PARIS, March 1. The British and French military missions have began serious consultations on the evacuation of troops from the Levant. The Lebanese delegations to the United Nations have arrived ip Paris.
A French Foreign Office spokesman announced that French troops are beginning to evacuate before the end of March.
