SATURDAY’S EVENTS. Except for a head wind, conditions were excellent for the Greymouth Amateur Athletic Club’s programme which was held after two-postpone-ments, at Victoria Park on Saturday. There was a good attendance of spectators, but some of the fields were poorer than has been the case recently, though several new members made an appearance. N. Sutton was the outstanding performer, winning the three-quarter-mile from scratch in excellent style.
