RUSSIA HAS SECRET
(Recd. 1.15 p.m.) NEW YORK, Dec. 4. A Warsaw dispatch to the Polish Press agency in New York quoted the Polish Under-Secretary of State, M. Herman, as saying that the atomic bomb was no longer the property of any one nation. The Soviet Union, which leads scientific research, had conquered atomic energy.
