CHUNGKING, November 22. The Foreign Minister (Mr Wang) communicated with Mr Byrnes supporting the earliest establishment of a United Nations Commission for the control of atomic energy and stressing that war can- be abolished only by consolidating and extending the Untied Nations Organisation.
