RED ARMY DEMOBILISATION (N.Z.I’.A. Special Correspondent) (Rec. 10.30 a.m.)~LONDON, Sept. 17. The first demobilisation ol the Army is in Lull swing, states a repoit from Moscow'. Soldiers crowci the trains, sometimes travelling not only in but on top of the carriages. As they leave the Army, officers and men receive a new uniform with insignia or epaulette. The Red Army’s uniform, like the British battledress, is sensiblv designed and comfortable, and not far removed from the kind of dress that is traditional in the Russian countryside. RADIO-EQUIPPED BUS NEW YORK, September 17. General Electric Company reports the use of the first radio-equipped bus. It is operating on the Washing-ton-Virginia-Maryland Coach Company's routes.
