EXPENDITURE ANALYSED WELLINGTON, September 13. An analysis of expenditure on public works is given in lhe Public Works Statement tabled in the House of Representatives to-day by the Minister of Works (Mr. R. Semple). The figures are gross, without deduction of recoveries, which, if deducted would detract from the true portrayal di activities.
