AUSTRALIAN TOURS “SYDNEY, July 24. “Australia proposes to send a Rugby Union team to England as soon las the war ends,” said Mr. C. Kennedy, the acting-secretary of the New South Wales Rugby Union. He added that, owing to the cancellation of the 1939 tour, England had promised that Australia would be the first overseas team invited to England. ~ , . . Mr. Kennedy said he had been instructed to write to -he English Rugby Union to confirm whether that arrangement still stands.
