Resumption of the restricted postal communication with Czechoslovakia was announced to-day by the Acting-Postmaster-General (Mr. Jones). The service is limited at present to unregistered letters, commercial papers of a maximum weight of two ounces, and costcards. Business and financial letters must be confined to the exchange of facts and information prenaratory to the resumntion of trade when conditions permit. As the mail connection between Britain and Czechoslovakia at oresent is by air only, all correspondence for Czechoslovakia must bear twopence per half ounce additional to the normal surface or air mail -postage, m order to cover the cost of air transit from Britain to Czechoslovakia.
