INCREASES THIS YEAR. Tire Greymouth Borough Conn met yesterday afternoon, when it r ceived the treasurer’s report, pass special resolutions relating to the cc lection of special rates, and gave n tice to strike and levy rates for t current financial year. The consolidated rate, cover! Greymouth and Cobden, and exclu ing the hospital rate and the spec Cobden sewerage rate, has been le ied to produce £24,566 11/5 this ye; as compared with £23,966 11/- If year, an increase of £6OO 0/5.
