The depth on the bar at high water yesterday was 24ft. Bins. WEATHER FORECAST. The following is the district forecast issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington, to-day:— Situation: An anti-cyclone is centred to the cast and there is a depression in the Central Tasman. Forecast to 5 p.m. Sunday: Moderate easterly to north-easterly winds. Weather fair to cloudy, but some scattered rain developing to-morrow; temperatures cold, but moderating gradually. Further outlook: Unsettled, with occasional rain.
