Within five minutes of the opening of bookings for next Friday’s railcar for Christchurch, every seat was reserved at Greymouth this morning, and a standing list had been started. This evening’s railcar had a standing list of 20 passengers, but the railcar which this afternoon transported the returned misoners of war from Christchurch to Grevmouth will be coupled onto the railcar, making it a double-unit service, and there will be room for another 40 passengers. The additional room on the railcar will probably'be reflected in a smaller number patronising to-fiiorrow’s express. ________________
