WESTPORT DIVORCE CASE The quarterly session of the Supreme Court at Greymouth concluded this morning, Mr Justice Northcroft presiding. . > . The only case for hearing was a divorce action, Edward Henry Old-; ham v. Matira Wynne Oldham, on the grounds of three years separation. Mr W. D. Taylor appeared for. petitioner. , , Petitioner, in evidence, produced his marriage certificate, showing that he was married at Westport on August 19, 1940, and after his marriage lived at Fairdown, seven miles from Westport, with his wife. There were two children of the marriage. His wife left him on November 21, 11941, and had not since returned to ' him, though he had several times requested her to do so. Corroborative evidence was given 'by Edward Alfred Humphries. A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute after three months.
