“SOUTHERN CROSS STAR"

SYDNEY, May 10. Mr. I-I. C. Jones (president of the Now Zealand Association of New South Wales) made a suggestion that, in. recognition of Mr. Churchill’s inspiration to the Empire, consideration should be given by the Australian and New Zealand Governments to the presentation of a special decoration to be known as “The Southern Cross Star.” He said it would be a great occasion for the Commonwealth and the Dominion if Mr. Churchill could visit the Pacific to receive such an award.
