James, Blair, Dittman, Muir, Jones, Lawson, Gibson. Blocksage, Glen. Cobden seniors v. Brtyiner: McIntosh, Barlow, Guy, Fletcher, Knapp (2), Hornsby, Dewar, Webber, Garforth,- Beams, Cook, Willis. The Nelson College cricket team arrived in Greymouth last evening for the annual match with the Greymouth Technical High School, first eleven. The match was to have been played to-day and to-morrow, but the heavy rain to-day has postponed the opening until to-morrow. The team is io leave on return to Nelson on Monday. • BOXING. LONDON, Dec. 14. The world flyweight champion, Jackie Paterson, of Glasgow, was knocked out for the first time in his career at Glasgow to-night, by Ben Duffy of Jarrow. Duffy delivered a knock-out punch in ' the seventh round. It was a non-title fight.
