NEW YORK, November 14. Jacob Friedus, a 30-year-old native of Brooklyn, started buying New York real estate four years ago with a capital of 4,000 dollars (about £1,350). It was revealed to-day that he now owns properties valued at more than 15 million dollars (£5,000.000), which brings in rents’ exceeding two million dollars a year.
