SPANISH REPUBLICANS.
LONDON, October 31. The British United Press correspondent at Barcelona, reports the Military Commander of Catalonia, Lieutenant-General Moscardo, claims that Spain had completely been cleared of hiding parties of Spanish Republican Maquisites who had crossed the frontier from France. The last groups of these Republicans are stated to have withdrawn to France, after the Spanish Army launched its offensive last Friday,
