BISHOP INTERNED.
LONDON. October 30
Paris radio stated that the Bishop of Arras (Monsignor Dutoit) was interned by order of the Prefect of Pas-de-Calais, because of articles under his signature in the newspaper “La Semaine Religieuse.” The radio said the articles contained gross insults to France’s Allies.
