LONDON, October 23. A Court ol: Appeal in Brussels has confirmed the death sentences imposed on Hoogven, a former chauffeur to the Belgian Ministry of Colonies. and Paul Hertin, former editor of the “Nouveau Journal.” They were among Belgium’s foremost collaborators with the Germans. ■JEWISH BRIGADE RUGBY, October 23. Brigadier E. F. Benjamin has been appointed Commander of the recently formed Jewish brigade group in the Middle East.
