VICE-ADMIRAL ARRESTED.
LONDON, September 24. Vice-Admiral Robert, the former Governor of Martinique, who was deported to Puerto Rico after the riots of July, 1943, has been arrested, according to the Paris radio. Vice-Ad-miral Robert was hostile to the Allies after the collapse of France. Admiral Esteva, who co-operated with the Germans when he was ResidentGeneral of Tunisia, has also been arrested. Ten thousand collaborators are now in custody in a Paris internment camp.
