It’s not a matter of building more wagons to meet the situation; we haven t the labour, the materials, nor the time to spare. The only solution is to speed up the running time of the wagons now in use. If, over the whole country, merely 10 per cent, were saved in loading and unloading time, hundreds of extra wagons would come into existence immediately. Rapid Transport Is Half The Battle.
