The reserved decisions of me Christchurch Manpower Appeal Committee, which sat at Greymmun on Monday evening and onj-tiesaay, were announced, this mornmg, having been notified to the District Manpower Officer at Greyniouth. Incy are as follow:— . , „ William John Reid, against di..ection to A.Pi, Wallis, Wataroa.—AlE. W. Nicol, directed to Ellis and Burnand; Mangapehi.—-Allowed. John S. C. Phelan, directed to Morningside Co.’s sawmill at Owhautu, North Auckland.—Allowed F. S. Rodgers, cjirected to H. N. Wilson, Ltd., Hunterville. —Allowed on medical grounds. • Milliam O’Malley, directed to Wilson’s. —Allowed. t , Malcolm J. Mcßride, directed . to A. R. Wallis.—Allowed. R. J. Cunningham, directed to Martin’s Sash and Door Co,, National Park.—Allowed. Luigi Zampese, appeal by Railways Department against Manpower Officer’s release. —Dismissed, suoiect to direction that Zampese remain with Department till February 26. Hazel Margaret Pinn, appeal against direction to Godfrey Phillips’ 'Tobacco Factory, Wellington.—• Dismissed. .
