GREYMOUTH LIST A session of the Supreme Court will commence at Greymouth on Monday next, Mr. Justice Northcroft presiding. It is expected that the sitting will last three days. Leslie Wilton Russ, of Camerons, v. Bertha Mary Russ, of Taumarunui (on the grounds of desertion). William Marchbank Brown Smith, formerly of Fairdown and now in the Armed Forces v. Daisy Codelia Smith (on the grounds of desertion). Marsh, of Christchurch v. Douglas Marsh, of Greymouth (on the grounds of separation). ON APPEAL. Conservator of State Forests (Mr. F. J. Perham) v. South Westland Rimti Timber Coy. Ltd. An appeal from the determination of the warden who inflicted a fine instead of forfeiting certain timber rights held by the company, for failing to comply with the terms of their license.
