NEW YORK, August 10. Mrs. Edgar Burton, of Wichita (Kansas) became very excited and called the police to-day when she discovered that her six-months-old twin daughters had torn off their identification tags.. . . Experts took the babies’ footprints, checked them with hospital records, and re-established the twins’ respective identities.
