[TO the editor.] Sir,— May I offer my congratulations to the members of the Borough Council who planned and carried out the recent removal and renovation ol the public library, also the librarian and her staff for the able manner in which they have arranged the great array of books in the lending library With the amount of space available they have done a perfect job, and our library now compares more than favourably with any oi our city libraries.
