IRAQ CONSTITUTION
BAGDAD, June 11. Parliament passed a bill amending the organic law inaugurated in 1924, which provides for a limited monarchy and responsible government. The bill necessitates a Cabinet reshuffle, which the Chamber of Deputies has sanctioned.
