ESCAPE FROM FRANCE.
RUGBY, May 18
M. Louis Jacquinot, a former Deputy of the Meuse district, and Un-der-Secretary of the Interior in M. Reynaud’s Government in 1940, has arrived in London from France, according to a Press report.- He had a talk with General de Gaulle to-day.
